1 tbsp CHAMPAGNE MUSTARD
½ cup butter
½ cup yoghurt
½ baking powder
120 g yellow cheese or hard cheese
sesame, caraway seeds or poppy seeds for sprinkling
Put flour in a deep bowl and add butter, cheese and Natural Technologies’ Champagne Mustard.
Knead into a soft dough and roll out with a rolling pin.
Brush with egg and cut into thin sticks or a shape of choice.
Bake at 200 C for about 30 minutes.
Just before readiness, take out the baking-dish, sprinkle with caraway seeds, sesame or poppy seeds and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
