2 chicken legs
2 tbsp honey Vinoceti vinegar
2 dried hot chili peppers
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
25 g peanuts and sesame seeds
salt, paprika, sugar
preparation: 15 min.
cooking: 40 min.
Boil the chicken legs in water with Honey Vinoceti Vinegar for about 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and put aside to cool.
Mix the dried peppers and paprika and place them into a pan with hot oil. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar and stir well.
Make a few cuts in the chicken meat and transfer it to the pan to absorb the flavours of the sauce.
Sprinkle with peanuts and sesame seeds and serve after simmering for about 10 minutes.
Other nuts can be used, too.
“This is probably one of the most delicious, quick and fabulous chicken-legs recipes for two. The Honey Vinoceti Vinegar renders its fabulous mellow sweetish taste which paired with chili peppers leads to a slight spicy note, not hot. Choose a suitable wine or dark beer and devour!”
