4 chicken breasts or legs
1 tbsp CHAMPAGNE MUSTARD
1 tbsp oil
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
250 g French lentils
750 ml chicken broth
2 tbsp cheese for spreading
Brown the chicken for a few minutes in a saucepan.
Sauté the onions and garlic in another saucepan. Add the lentils and pour the broth.
Put the chicken in and leave on low heat with a lid on for 30 minutes. Increase the heat and remove the lid. Leave for another 20 minutes until everything is cooked.
Mix together the cheese, Natural Technologies’ Champagne Mustard, lemon juice and parsley and stir briskly. Serve with the dish.
