75 g butter
150 g of bacon
1 teaspoon sugar
700 g of frozen peas
10 mint leaves
For ice cubes:
75 ml white wine Vinoceti vinegar
4 tbsp. brown sugar
First prepare the cubes: pour vinegar into 75 ml of water and cook for a few minutes, add the mint and leave the pot for 10 minutes. When cool, pour the liquid into an ice cube tray.
Fry the bacon in a pan and remove. In the same pan put the sugar, onion and 400 ml of water.
After boiling, add the peas and mint. Cook for a few minutes, set aside a bit and pour the soup into a food processor or mash with a hand blender. Forge.
Serve the soup with sprinkled bacon and ice cubes.
