GRISSINI WITH CHEESE AND CHILLI MUSTARD

1 tbsp chili mustard
350 g puff pastry
50 g cheddar

Preparation instructions

Step 1

Spread the puff pastry and cover half of it with a thin layer of mustard and grated cheddar.

Step 2

Make a roll and seal it by pressing with your fingertips on all sides.

Step 3

Cut into 1 cm wide grissini with a sharp knife and give each a slight twist.

Step 4

Coat in egg with a brush.

Step 5

Transfer the grissini to a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C. When they turn golden, they are ready.
