500 g chicken fillet
150 g bacon
2 tbsp Honey Mustard
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves of garlic
fresh parsley, rosemary and mint
100 ml white wine
400 ml cooking cream
100 g fresh spinach
2 tbsp 2 tbsp hard cheese (parmesan)
salt and pepper
Sauté the chicken and bacon in a pan with a little oil. Add the fresh herbs, onion and garlic.
Continue to simmer over low heat with the white wine.
Add the cooking cream and Natural Technologies’ Honey Mustard and continue simmering at low heat.
At the end put the spinach in.
Sprinkle with parmesan or another type of hard cheese of your choice.
