ITALIAN SALAD WITH PASTA AND WHITE WINE VINOCETI VINEGAR

white wine Vinoceti vinegar salad paste

Products

250 g pasta (penne or fusilli)
3 tbsp white wine Vinoceti vinegar
10 cherry tomatoes
1 carrot
Some florets of broccoli
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
10 basil leaves
1 bunch of dill
salt, black pepper, smoked paprika

Preparation instructions

Step 1

Boil the pasta and drain it.

Step 2

Prepare the dressing: in a bowl, mix olive oil, White Wine Vinoceti Vinegar and spices, finely chopped.

Step 3

Chop the vegetables into small cubes and add them to the dressing.

Step 4

Stir gently into the pasta.

Advice

This salad can be served warm or chilled.
