COARSE GRAIN MUSTARD
Featuring thick concentrated texture, this mustard exhibits a delicate flavour, both soft and rich astringency – the synergic effect of mixing two types of mustard seeds.
Serve with all kinds of sausages, cold meat dishes and sandwiches. Fabulous for dressings, it gives the otherwise smooth sauce a discernible texture.

HONEY MUSTARD
Тhe characteristic pungent-bitter tang of mustard is tamed by 18 per cent of pure bee honey. This all-natural ingredient balances, complements and enriches our Honey Mustard taste and flavour.
Makes a terrific dip for chicken and à la minute recipes. Great for sweeter dressings and dishes that call for a more subtle mustard flavour, such as grilled meat and vegetables, sausages or burgers.

CHILI MUSTARD
Enhancing the natural spiciness of mustard seeds, our Chili Mustard emphasises the characteristic burning heat in the nose thanks to its richer taste.
This delicious mustard is destined to stand out against strongly flavoured foods such as pastrami, salami and roast meat dishes. Ideal for all kinds of meat sandwiches, as well as for meat marinade.
Ingredients: water, vinegar, mustard seeds, salt, sugar, red pepper, hot peppers, 1 per cent of chili, turmeric, spices.
CHAMPANGNE MUSTARD
We went to great lengths to create this excellent mustard product. The taste of genuine Henri de Verlaine champagneis underpinned by the traditional mustard taste to result in delicious sophisticated freshness.
Its exquisite taste is designed to enhance hot and cold sauces, as well as, any blend of mayonnaise and horseradish.
Ingredients: water, vinegar, mustard seeds, 17 per cent of champagne, salt, sugar, spices. Contains sulphites.

MAPLE MUSTARD
A Class A Canadian maple syrup gives this mustard a delicate sweet taste and a smooth creamy texture. Maple syrup strengthens the immune system and is loaded with antioxidants.
It renders its characteristic taste to pork and chicken, works great with glazes and marinades, and goes especially well with rosemary. It is also the dressing of choice for a variety of salads.

TENNESSEE WHYSKEY MUSTARD
Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey goes brilliantly with mustard seeds and the result of these two flavours merging is simply fantastic. The soft smoky taste of aged whiskey is expertly infused and paired up with a delicate texture and a fabulous fragrance.
A touch of whiskey is the perfect addition to pork, especially ribs, bon fillet or contra fillet, as well as, to any smoked meat. In small quantities it can be the secret to some creamy desserts, too.

Mustard with cep mushrooms gives a fabulous twist to vegetable roasted dishes and meats, and serves as the main ingredient for salad dressing. It blends in perfectly with most types of cheese and can be enjoyed straight from the jar as well.
