100 ml Apple Cider Vinoceti Vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
cayenne pepper to taste
1 red onion
a total 45 minutes
Pre-roast the pork meat.
Mix the spices and sauces in a small saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Cut the pork in small pieces, crush it with your hands and add the sauce.
Heat up the tortillas in a pan. Layer the meat, avocado, tomatoes and onions on top of each of them.
The recipe can be prepared with any roast meat.
