200 g sugar
80 ml Raspberry Vinoceti Vinegar
20 ml vodka
1 bunch of basil
300 g fresh or frozen raspberries
Put the sugar, vodka, basil, Raspberry Vinoceti Vinegar in a blender and finally add the raspberries.
Run the blender for at least 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
Pour about 80-100 g in cocktail glasses (for martini, for example).
Decorate with basil leaves.
