100 ml Honey Vinoceti Vinegar
150 ml liquid honey
150 ml ketchup
1/2 bunch fresh thyme
4 potatoes

Preparation instructions
Step 1
Mix together in a deep bowl honey, ketchup, Honey Vinoceti Vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well until homogeneous, then add the thyme. Toss the ribs in and coat them with the marinade.
Step 2
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 3
Then arrange the ribs in a roasting pan, cover with aluminum foil and roast at 180 C for 2 hours.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes, cut them and place them in the oven to roast until golden brown.
Step 5
Once the ribs are done, take them out and brush them with the marinade. Roast for another 15 minutes at 200 C and serve.
