1 kg pork ribs
100 ml Honey Vinoceti Vinegar
150 ml liquid honey
150 ml ketchup
1/2 bunch fresh thyme
salt, black pepper, black pepper
preparation: 20 min.
marinade: 60 min.
cooking: 135 min.
Mix together in a deep bowl honey, ketchup, Honey Vinoceti Vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well until homogeneous, then add the thyme. Toss the ribs in and coat them with the marinade.
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for an hour.
Then arrange the ribs in a roasting pan, cover with aluminum foil and roast at 180 C for 2 hours.
Peel the potatoes, cut them and place them in the oven to roast until golden brown.
Once the ribs are done, take them out and brush them with the marinade. Roast for another 15 minutes at 200 C and serve.
“I recommend this original recipe to everyone who, like me, has a soft spot for ribs! The marinade is the key to the divine taste, and it is all thanks to the Honey Vinoceti Vinegar. The rest is as easy as a piece of cake although it takes a little longer to cook. You will realise the extra time is worth when those ribs melt in your mouth! ;-)”
