2 cloves of garlic
80 ml Premium Balsamic Red Wine Vinoceti Vinegar
600 g salmon fillet
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 rosemary stalks

Cut the garlic cloves and stud them into the salmon
Make the marinade by mixing sugar, olive oil, Premium Balsamic Red Wine Vinoceti Vinegar and black pepper, and stir well.
Place the two pieces of salmon in a shallow roasting pan and pour the marinade over them. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Arrange the salmon in a small ceramic bowl, place the rosemary stalks and roast in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 C.
