SALAD WITH QUINOA, BEANS AND APPLE CIDER VINOCETI VINEGAR

1 tsp quinoa
2 tsp water
2 orange
2 tbsp apple Vinoceti vinegar
100 ml olive oil
1 tsp black beans
1 small red onion
1 tsp honey
coriander seeds
salt and pepper

Preparation time:

a total of 20 minutes

Preparation instructions

Step 1

Boil the quinoa and in the meantime zest one orange.

Step 2

Separate the pulp of the two oranges.

Step 3

Mix all sauces and spices as a dressing and sprinkle the Apple Cider Vinoceti Vinegar.

Step 4

Place the quinoa and beans in a plate, stir lightly and pour over the dressing.

Advice

Optionally, you can use chickpeas instead of beans.
