1 packet of rice noodles
2 tbsp red wine Vinoceti vinegar
50 g peanuts
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 stalk of leek
2 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper
Cut vegetables into thin strips and fry them in a wok on low heat.
Add peanuts and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the noodles and prepare the shrimps for cooking.
Add the shrimps to the wok and when the noodles are ready, add them, too.
Simmer for about 10 minutes, then dash the Red Wine Vinoceti Vinegar and soy sauce. Finally, after removing from the heat, add the spices.
