1 kg potatoes
3 tbsp COARSE GRAIN MUSTARD
1 red onion
3 tbsp olive oil
Wash the potatoes and boil for about 10 minutes, meanwhile set the oven to heat at 200 C degrees.
Slice the onion into very thin flakes and mix it with the Coarse Grain Mustard and olive oil.
Transfer the potatoes in a baking pan and cover them with the mixture.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes until the mustard coat turns into a golden crust.
Serve as a main course or as a side dish to chicken or lamb.
